Water, Food & Nutrients -Determining what’s “enough” for you, ensuring you get optimum nutrition uptake with the right balance, source and timing.
Movement – Choosing the right way for you to move your body.
Mindfulness – putting into practice a purposeful way to approach your lifestyle that is beneficial for you.
These are all very important aspects of a healthy life. You will notice that much of leading a healthy lifestyle revolves around choice. You have options – it’s important to me that you learn what those options are and why they might be a good fit for you. Every “body” is different; and I use my access to a curated knowledge base to guide you towards learning how to make the right choices at the right time so you will get and stay in the zone that works for you.
Not everyone wants to lose pounds. Maybe you are eating “healthy” foods but you’re still tired. You still hit 3 pm and crave the cookie or coffee. Maybe you just want to learn some tips and tricks to stay healthy, to prevent disease.
There are three diseases in the United States that take the top spots for preventable deaths: heart disease, diabetes and obesity. There are ways that you can reduce your chances of getting them because they all have one thing in common: lifestyle choices. We Americans have a boatload of fun – and we work hard to earn that reward; but along with some of these events come bad habits. The Habit Change Coaching Method works to help you identify what is holding you back from becoming the best you that you can be, look at the options available and, with my support and guidance, make the best decision for you.

With this Transformational Coaching method, we will work together to establish where you are versus where you want to be. We will talk about what that “Dream Island” looks like to you and condsider what you are willing to do to make it happen.
It takes work, determination and commitment to reach a goal – and I will curate the most impactful information, tools and resources to have at your disposal while you’re on this journey.
You might be training for a marathon, or just getting started, trying to figure out which exercises to do at the gym (or home.) I can help you determine the best course of action. Depending upon your experience I may refer you to a specialist or work with you to perfect your form and function.
Whatever you wish to achieve is within your reach! You may already posess the knowledge and just need someone to guide you, or you may need to learn what options you have and get advice on the right course for you.
